Thanks Fastek. I've been to China but didn't have time to count all the machines. Gotta run now. My $5.00 cell phone is ringing.

HASL lead free thickness

Electronics Forum | Wed Nov 17 07:39:20 EST 2010 | jax

First PCB Printing Process

Electronics Forum | Thu Apr 28 10:35:29 EDT 2016 | mnorthey

We don't use Mylar for aligning the Printer to the PCB for printing paste because that is relatively easy to see if it is aligned, or else we use a pocket microscope; however, we use the Mylar for setting up the Glue portion of our printing process b

Electronics Forum | Tue Oct 02 10:01:15 EDT 2007 | chrisgriffin

I once had a similar problem on a VIP98. The problem was with the FCU (furnace control unit). There was a burned IC on the lower left of the card. I don't remember what kind of part it was, only that it was very common and I got a new one from Dig
