I just did 2 AOI systems evaluation, CR6520 and IRSI 4000. IRSI is expensive but shorter programmong time.

the IRSI may well be quicker on your first board, but the CR6520 will be quicker once you've built up a raesonable component library. Don't forget - you may have to re-programme the IRSI every timeyou have small component changes such as date codes
