Stephen, We are now running with 99.999 N, New nozzles and our wave height has stabilized. I will look into the Apidic Acid to clean our nozzles. Thanks for the input. I am just amazed at the difference the nitrogen grade made to our process. Goin

Evtimov, thanks for your reply. Yesterday was our first day of running 99.999%. We were running for weeks with 99.99% Nitrogen purity and we just were having all kinds of problems with the miniwave not being consistent. We had a wave offsets at 75,

For 0201 placement Siemens can also use the fiducial camera to locate the actual tape pocket and use it as the fiducial. First time pick rate is greater than 99.9% for 0201 components.

We are using Nitrogen from Dewer tanks. We have purchased a generator from On-Site gas that we will be installing in 2 weeks. I guess Nitrogen purity could be an issue, but the company that sells us Nitrogen said it is five 9s (99.999%)
