Hardware for ROHS builds

Electronics Forum | Mon Nov 06 18:02:25 EST 2006 | stepheniii

Does the hardware in question actually have non-ROHS material in them or is it strictly a paperwork issue? Would you be able to buy the hardware and have a lab test it for the banned substances? If they are not there, I wonder how many you would ha

What do you do ?

"due diligence" could come into play here. Read the attached webpage from the UK enforcers! http://www.rohs.gov.uk/content.aspx?id=7 aj...

We are not happy at all about this one. I guess Due Diligence was not a concern when my boss was wined and dined.

IP3 MFU Y adjustment

Electronics Forum | Sat Feb 28 09:32:24 EST 2015 | assuredtech

That would be a mechanical adjustment however I would be a little suspect about why it is off and if you did your due diligence to isolate it.

Why did you choose Kyzen or Zestron chemistries? What was their initial appeal?

Electronics Forum | Thu Jan 12 15:43:57 EST 2006 | amol_kane

Hi all, while looking at some XRF equipment, a question arose as to the need for testing lead-free components at the CEM facility.....if a CEM has RoHS compliancy certificates from component vendors, is that "Due diligent enough" to absolve the CEM o

silicone conformal coat and electrical contacts

Electronics Forum | Fri Jan 26 16:47:35 EST 2007 | electronhose
