I have recently purchased an ACE Kiss 101A Selective Solder System 4 weeks ago. I am having a terrible experience. The nozzle will not stay wet, and the flux-er pattern continues to shift erratically; all leading to very poor quality process. ACE

I believe that NORDSON now recommends AIM NC277. Nordson bought out ACE-protech.

HEllo all, I changed a THERMOCOUPLE on my soldering pot. Now when I start the machine, pot shows 80C but it is over 300C. Any thoughts?

Is it the correct type of thermocouple? If it is designed for a K type and you put a J or T the reading will be lower. Also a bad connection can give a lower reading.
