Does anyone know of a supplier who can manufacture stencils for the deposition of adhesive. The stencils are made from plastic and have underside routing to allow relief for through hole components. I know of only one who can do this DEK's PumpPrint

I'm looking for an adhesive to attach a metal can to the PCB to stop it from vibrating. The temperature spec is -50C(-58F) to 85C(62.8F). Thanks for the help Erik

We screen print epoxy adhesive, place components then run the board through our adhesive oven (2-5 min cure at 150�C). This is in addition to reflow.

I am currently depositing adhesive for mixed technology PCB's with both axial and radial inserted components. The stencil is plastic and has underside relief for the clinched components (not possible with a metal stencil), rather than go any further.

We use Label& adhesive remover from M.G. Chemicals, cat. no.: 836-140g. It comes in spray can. Just spray and wipe.
