PWH FYI...All current cart shipments are 13" reel compatible. A few single lane 8mm feeders is not a bad thing to have along with the 7" DL, as they can handle both. T.Vick UIC

AdL Technology in Ohio (www.adltech.com) has a great video of UIC lightning head running on Advantis in their website. You might try contacting them and ask about it...

As a user of UIC Advantis with NPI for a couple years now, it kicks butt for low volume high mix. In full production mode it's great for the higher volume builds as well.

Thank you very much for the input. In your opinion is this enough of a problem to not recommend the flexjet head? Would you choose this machine again given the chance?

Yes dwelch, mostly GSM feeder, some Advantis feeders have same connector indeed. There has to be another opportunity. Somebody is doing that for them anyway.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Come to find out our Advantis machines can place up to a 25" board. Looks like we have a big board option on them. I appreciate the help.
