That's very helpful, and much appreciated. I know it's a long shot, but I don't suppose you know what paste they are using with these settings. I am testing with sn100c ws488. Thanks! kinos

What temperature were you running it at previously? We are having the same issue when using WS488 flux. Which flux was causing you issues?

We were using AIM WS485 SAC305 and AIM NC257 SAC305 and we had problems with voiding and AIMs narrow process windows. Now we are using Indium3.2 and Indium8.9 with much better results.

We currently use and have used Aim W/S 483 for the past ten years. We have had great support from AIM. Paste Characteristics, wetting, slump, washing is all outstanding. Great activity, works well with NiPd and other lead frames.

Hi everybody: I really need your expertise on this one. I was told that the flux 270WR from AIM is either No-clean or WS soluble depending on your needs. I read the TDS and it looks like it is....but..... Is there anybody out there using this or s
