We used Thermal Pads, made of black rubbery material, and sticky on both sides (like x2 side tape), intent is to place in between, BGA/QFP and the PCB board, and reduce the air-gap flow between, the PCB to SMD... air-gap will permit air flow, that i

You could also try Wenesco and Air Vac. I have experience on the Air Vac PCBRM10 and PCBRM12. They work great. You have to make sure your nozzle or flow well is designed correctly. For 50 mil pitch and greater, they work well. If you have to rem

Reworking BGA with hot air systems (ie, AirVac, SRT) is fairly complicated and requires fairly rigorous process control. Please compare and contrast BGA rework using hot air and your laser based system.

Hi Bruce It will be using a hot air knife for solder. Meanwhile, there are many bridging at fine pitch socket pin after wave. It isn't easy to tuoch up. So, consider the air knife can help a bit. Thanks
