NO CLEAN FLUX RESIDUE

Edmund, Check your "Air Amp" settings or the equivalent on your oven. Sounds to me like they are probably turned up too high in the reflow zone and you are blowing the components off of the board when the solder goes liquidous. Regards, Justin

Nitrogen to use or not to use

Have any of you ever gone from using Nitrogen in your Reflow and Wave solder process to using only compressed air? No Clean users only please. I'd like to get away from Nitrogen if it makes sense.
