If you're having trouble with a specific board, double check your Pattern, Diameter, Color and Scan Area under the 'Mark Data' tab. You can also try setting the Pitch Tolerance to '0' in the machine configuration. Good Luck, Bill

That is basically what we use. Also, in the paste storage fridge we have a similar FIFO rack. Load from the back, pull from the front.

We use campton tape also but we use a ultasonic stencil cleaner and the tape will come off everytime its washed good luck

What kind of AOI machine are you using? Some OEMs seem to not understand that we want to also check for correct parts with AOI not just absence/presence and solder joints. But markings are an issue. I remember when 0805 caps had markings.

Our solder bar supplier provides this service free of charge. I also use an independant lab in the UK for testing too. Well solder suppliers are hardly going to tell you that you have an issue with solder they supplied are they..........?
