Peter: Whatever you do, do not affect the naughty bits. I'm aware that some of my suggestions applied to scoring, but you'll find, I believe, the those scoring machines will work swimmingly on routed boards also. Cheers Dave F

I have also come across this very same problem and found that our screen vendor made a mistake on our screen. Check the thickness of your screen it should be about six thousandths if it's eight thousandths then you are most likely depositing to much

Be careful if you use Ni/Au. The "black pad" phenomenum can be crippling. We moved from Ni/Au to OSP because of it. I also don't want to return to the lack of flatness of HASL.

Mark, You should be able to get whoever builds your wavesolder pallets to create some you can also use in SMT. The only difference is you might have to change pallet materials to reduce the weight. That's just my opinion, I could be wrong

Hi John, one supplier is Seika, www.seikausa.com. Check their McDry products. Also, I'm pretty sure that a web search for "Moisture free storage units" will give you a lot of hits. Ioan
