Reflow issue with QFN

I ran into the same thing several months ago, I increased my reflow zone temp 10 degrees and this corrected the problem. For some reason it has somthing to do with the plating on the component. I don't know what part you are running but Some of the M

PCB moisture content

According to IPC-A-600, measling can occur in epoxy-glass boards when the moisture content of the board is above 0.3wgt%. Is this the industy acceptance standard for max moisture content of a board?

What's the metallization on the board? We use an immersion tin board and had to increase our profile to successfully solder.

Shrek, If you would have given the correct password, even in a Shrek-like way, that would have at least been tolerable; but come on..... ogre? I know ogre's aren't known for their intelligence, but please try to be more helpfull.

Thanks Pete, I have plenty of Omega thermocouple leads on hand. By the way ECD is the mfg asking $989 for a probe that costs about $100, to which they add a pcb edge clamp.
