i had it placing with nozzle that placing 0805 or 1206 and teached where's flat surface is for picking up , and i have my XY moving slowing down to 50% . just wondering what kind of machines do you have??

Where on the component are you picking? Picking on: * Lens is probably not a good idea * Next to the lens is probably better

I think we aim for the DOT on the flat. If you get too close to the lens, the taper on the nozzle hits the lens, and you don't get enough vacuum. There is not much room for error on pickup.

Depends on what you mean by full speed. We run them Full Speed on our Quad IIC, and IVC. But those aren't as fast as newer machines. I assume there is a speed at which the vacuum just won't be able to hold on anymore.

LED sticking in nozzles are such a problem, seem everyone has issues with this from time to time. Don't want to advertise who's nozzles worked best but will answer you back if you drop me an email.

You don't say what type of / source of cleaning paper... there are many and some are certainly more prone to leave fibers behind.

We have used different suppliers including direct from MpM and from a couple other sources who sell comsumables. Do you have a recommendation?

I have always had success using the Dupont sontara material... many suppliers offer. Recently have two customers of mine who swear by the results using the Aquavator for lint free and cleaning result without solvents. http://www.dekhead.com

Does anyone know how to export Part Data from Flexa into CCIMF format - just want the parts only no board of Placement info etc? Is this possible ?

I think Flexa only outputs part data in binary format. From the Flexa help file for the Director-File menu: Export... Exports jobs or part data files (in binary format). Output Recipes Outputs the recipes in a job (in CCIMF format).
