Does anyone know how to adjust the stencil frame guides? Our vacuum dam is not square with the stencil frame.

Not sure what you mean. I have never heard of the stencil frame guides being out of square.

Asking what is best on this type of form would result in a lot of different opinions. If possible I would suggest starting your search at the Apex show in Las Vegas. You will get to see all the equipment and may get a show deal.

i don't see why it was insufficient. if you want more paste, i would increase by 10-15% aperture, and maybe double prints for printer.

We agree with the previous poster. Open-up your aperture to increase the amount of solder paste. If you don't have a heel fillet, go home.
