Hi Hyng, You can distinguish their color: ENIG with golden color and gold plating is a little bit dark than ENIG.

It could be a blown fuse on the power distribution panel or a failed power supply. Check the power distribution board in the front lower center of the machine. There are 11 LEDs on the board and 10 should be ON

The power distribution board has 10 green LEDs on. By the time of the error SysFail is still on. Logicomm connected to the Force board COMM2 shows a stream of messages saying "Lantern system not active. Heart Beat = 0"

I think the heart beat message comes up if the vision had not initialized. You have changed that already stop I think it is something else. Have you some money a Restore of the Machine Configuration and Mapping and Calibration Data?
Electronics Forum | Wed Aug 12 14:06:25 EDT 2015 | bnorton
We tried restoring the Machine Configuration, Mapping, and Calibration data from after the calibration done last year. The error was still present after the restore and restart.

Sorry for all the typos in the last message. As the machine was powered OFF for two weeks I would have expected a battery problem. Can you capture a Logicimm file and see what the file says before the heart beat messages?

I have the same problem and while using logicomm it gives an error message (FC107F24) !!! how can I read this error to address the problem ???

With the address of FC107F24 I would look at the Slot 11 UIMC board. Try swapping with another Radisys Board. Check jumpers, changing one jumper only on each board.

Thanks NRS, yes UIMC by mistake was in incorrect slot (11) once we moved it to slot 12 it works, thanks again.
