I am curious to know if anyone using Mylar to print solder paste on first PCB to make sure your print process is accurate. Can you please give me some info. Thank you.

If it's like ours, it's an AC unit, not a chiller. Easy to hook up with a hose to the printer + power to the unit. You'll need to empty the water from the drip pan from time to time (collects condensation).

Is this a dual-beam GSM2? Check to make sure the machine configuration is correct for the machine, otherwise I would look at encoders for the axis and electrical connections.

check the cards in the VME and also the exchange and nothing happened . check the configuration of the servo beam 1 x1 and x2 Bean 2 and are working well , switch harnesses x1 and x2 and now fails BEAM 1 x1

You may want to search the UIC knowledge base for troubleshooting. If you do not have access to UIC's website (second hand machine) you can call and register your machine for $500.

You're correct. This design will have a record amount of 0402 rework for tombstoning and misalignments. Suggest that the pads on each end of all components be the same size in order to balance wetting forces during reflow.

I agree with the previous two replies. This is a perfect design....if you're trying to create a graveyard full of tombstones.
