Hello gentleman, I saw many topics regarding aoi verification but I didn't see how You handle with board with simulated failures during life time, because we Are facing issue with ageing of tin oxidation. Is it any idea how to solved this issue?

Thank you all for the help, but like I stated the machine was from EBAY and none of the calibration tools were included with the units. I am now cretin that we need them or tto have Juki field service to come in. Thank you again Greg

How can you make a cathode for selective gold plating edge connector. I know you can add bus/tie bars but we want to remove them and just want to do selective hard gold plating of gold fingers.
