I have also reset and checked all the inputs are working and all seem OK. Would be grateful if some one could confirm the home sequence, so I can at least start looking there first Thanks in advance

push the 2 left buttons on the membrane panel after releasing the e-stop....this should get you into diagnostics....you then need to reset the system parameters. It may home then. good luck, Bob

Thanks - This is exactly what it was. Separately I was isolating each of the safety circuits on the main board and that confirmed it was the top lid magnetic switch was faulty. It was the only one not shown as an input in the diagnostic page :(

I am looking for a small reflow oven 4-5 zones for a small batch line and have come across a DIMA SOlANO RO-510. Does anyone have any experience of these and are they any good?

Hi All, I'm looking for opinions on Squeegee Blade selection. Do you use OEM blades, or aftermarket? Do you prefer coated blades? Do you have a preferred vendor? It's a good topic for discussion. thanks!

The only difference I've noticed going from OEM to after market/coated is, as a maintenance tech I don't get as much complaining from the line operators about the condition of their blades once we switched. We buy from Transition Automation.

We have never coated flexible circuits, although these guys apparently do as a part of their FC fabrication services: https://gcaflex.com/why-is-conformal-coating-important-for-flex-printed-circuit-boards/
