Good job, For the comm errors i would try: 1. Reseat all the cables that plug into the white multiplexer that is attached to the back of the computer. 2. Reseat the EPCU card down inside the machine. good luck, Merry Xmas, Bob

have you tried just cleaning connectors prior to IF board change? maybe it was just bad connection, that is main issue with machines in my experience.

I fond two dogs in a cabinet and they appeared to be new. I replaced the dog with one of them and it seems to be working great.

Hello, I have an UMG VCD-H that is currently stop working due to a message " head Zero switch error" when retracting. I would like to know how to clear this message.

It sounds like the homing switch isn't being made when it zeros. Alpha 1 Technologies can probably help. 607-772-2900 That's who we call for VCD issues.
