From my understanding titanium is typically used for non-wetting nozzles, correct? And then wetting nozzles are made of other metals with a coating that allows it to wet.

While perhaps not your problem, I found an unsoldered connection on my E1. It had worked for 20 years until I bought it. If you have a manual, try tracing the related connections if you have a resident troubleshooter.

Are you gluing these components by chance? I had an assembly where a glue dot was slightly too big and it pulled to the outside of the components solder joint. This looks eerily similar.

it looks like the table is in contact with the Y1 switch. If you can remove the cover, the motor is the R/H one. Turning the belt will move that side of the table. I'm going with the assumption that an X4 is close to an X5.

Well, I checked everything, also spoke with chinese guys, they just make a 1 side program, move it to the machine by usb or on the network, and just run it. They are light years away from Siemens Siplace Pro.
