Your problem is not the 0.4 pitch. Your problem is the manual cleaning. Manual cleaning will only remove the solder paste from the surface of the stencil. What's more, manual cleaning will force additional contamination into the 0.4 pitch apertures

Hi, We just purchased the above two machines and they're still in the trial period. We have problems with air requirements of the above two machines. For example, Samsung CP45 is listed at 8 CFM only, but it will kick off the compressor (rated at

Hi folks, I had posted this earlier but I think there was some confusion on where the wrinkled joints were. The picture is the side view of a BGA soldered onto the PCB. I was able to take this picture becuase the BGA was at the edge of the board. I

Alot of folks are going to experience this with their poorly designed desoldering systems. I would check the temperature that is being delivered at the tip of the desolder gun. A small preheater is recommended. The other problem you will encounter is

We are currently wave soldering connectors that are held in place by stainless steel screws. About 20% of these screws emerge from the process with varying quantities of solder attached to them. We have just had our solder bath checked and no impurit

Since you asked......lots of binding problems....lots of heater over temp problems (which are easily wired out of the machine). Been to lots of places and almost never saw a heller oven down or being worked on (and seen lots of hellers). Like i said

It depends on a number of factors - including as Russ pointed out, complexity (sometimes you need to create very complex profiles if you have large BGAs and other such components, which require at least 7 heated zones), then you have size, required l
