Just wondering if anyone had any first-hand knowledge on Hover Davis' POD feeder? We are currently using their standard label feeders with good success. We are interfacing with Siplace. Thanks in advance. Josh

We ve got storage next to factory. We use trolleys to transport material to SMT machine so hard to suspect bend leads during tansport. Anyway any good documents saying about this will be good to have.

Hi Pete, I am familiar with their CM series machine. They have anti static bars inside the machine. If I were you I would measure the board after this machine to see if it retains any ESD. If not I don't think you have a problem.

You want Moisture Barrier Bags (MBB). It is possible you are calling these bags, standard anti-static bags. If you can see anything through the bag, they are not what you want to use for vacuum sealing. In any case make sure you get MBBs.
