We are experinecing adhesives left on the boards after running taped boards for placement verification on NPI. We've been using 3M double sided (333) tape for over 15 years. Any other suggestions on a good tape to use? This may be a quality issue

I am looking for information on reflow temps for a flex board. There is only one 6 pin IC but the board has a 3M double sided tape. Is it possible to reflow without damaging the tape. Any suggestions?

3M jetmelt. A bit better than off the shelf reg hotmelt. Also use a GE white RTV. Never had any caps come off the board with either. DG
