Now I need to select a AOI machine. There is a problem. My company have a non-stop production process of different PCB. One manufacturing process can be 24 - 48 hours long ( about 2000 to 10000 PCB from different costumers) and so I need to find AOI

Ok, so i will push my posting... In compare to Standard AOI, Conformal Coating AOI manufacturer are verry rare. How about... modus AOI Göpel electronic Nordson yestech Does anybody have experience or a Better one?

Has anyone heard of an AOI manufacturer by the name of SVS? They may concentrate on solder paste inspection and not 'true' AOI. Any information would be helpful.

Has anyone in the industry had even a fair amount of success inspecting reflowed solder joints to IPC class 3 standards? I am not interested in hearing from system reps or people who work for an AOI manufacturer. Thanks,

Been using YesTech for about six years now and I'm fairly happy with them. Although they wouldn't be my first choice right now out of all the AOI manufacturers, they would be my choice between the two you're asking about/looking at.

On our machine we have found that some IC's require a different light for inspection based on the manufacturer. Have you tried other lighting options? You may need to talk to the AOI manufacturer to see if there is something the machine may be able
