Solder paste on the pads will keep part aligned. If you do not use paste, you will need to apply tacky flux. You should not run without one or the other.

Craig, If it is LF Hasl it sounds like it applied too thin exposing the intermetallic layer wich is not solderable. We call out a minimum thickness of 80 microinches and have good results. We have had shops in the past that did not control the Hasl

Boards with the LF hasl finish applied too thin will genrally pass the IPC test. That is some pretty agressive flux they call out. The boards usually wave solder just fine as well. Reflow is where the you see the problem.

Whatever you would normally use to print that size part on the pcb should work. Same aspect ratio rules apply for release.

All, Get the material data sheets, lot numbers of ink, supplier's process flow, bare boards with ink lot applied ( qty 20), Contact the ink supplier and perform a 3company DOE.

We had a similar problem so we shrunk the thermal and extended the pads. This allowed us to ensure solder resist was applied to the track in between. It fixed our problem.

According to the Trichromatism.Half red and half blue will get purple. But the trichromatism only apply to color light. The red and blue soder mask are coloring material. Both of them absorb light. You mixed them up,so you lose blue and red,and get grap

We don't know, there are lots of different conformal coating materials and staking materials. Not all combinations behave similarly. Our choice would be to epoxy the component to the board, then conformal coat.

thanks for your reply sir, for conformal coating Humiseal 1B31, what are the preferable staking materials? please suggest us..

I would suggest Zymet CN-1703 for staking of the components using this coating material we use it very extensively with Humiseal 1B31, if you would like; I would be happy to coat a couple of your samples for your evaluation.
