Looks like a decent profile. Only recommendation I have would be to possibly try and high-temp solder the thermocouples rather than the aluminum tape/kapton, only because you can get air-gaps and inaccurate readings using the tape method on assemble

@Stephen How big was the adapter board? It's challenging to depanelize and tedious to manually put these tiny assemblies in a tray.

The camera crashing is usually a fault with the encoder on the Y motor assembly. someething to do with not finding a home pulse I think. Anyway, replace the motor/encoder and recalibrate and you should be good to go

ENIG boards have low shelf life as oxidation starts showing up quickly on the solderable areas. We usually keep them vacuum packed till they are ready to be assembled. Most PCB manufacturers will send them vacuum packed.

Certainly, you need to take proper precautions in storing assembled boards. The main unknown: OSP changes after soldering, whether it remains solderable is the question. A lot of that has to do fabrication of your boards. Your fab will have insights
