Try this - boot machine to OS/2 and interrupt USOS startup procedure, go to USOS/CONFIG folder and rename PSWDUSER.CFG to something else, in case you will need it. Then copy the attached file and reboot.

Attached is an image of PCB fabricators logo Can anyone identify the fabricator from this, I beleive it is a North American board, assembled in the Austin Tx area.

Defect if its not coated. Defect - Class 1,2,3 • Solder balls are not entrapped, encapsulated or attached or can become dislodged in the normal service environment. • Solder balls violate minimum electrical clearance.
