I am not sure if anyone can find this information usful...but I will post it anway, our old CP-642 couldnt start up with "LOADER INIT ERROR"changing the battery in the CP1 I/O card solved the problem.

Have you tried to open the MINT program and re download the drivers to the cards? Sometimes the cards fail because the battery does not hold sufficient charge to keep the files intact.

I don't know about here, but in YV100 the drive is on ATA PCMCIA flashdisk. Maybe it is underpressed / damaged? Or after replacing the battery on mainboard, you need to enter its parameters in the BIOS.
