If the board is HASL you may always have trouble. Try to reduce the amount of paste by either reducing aperture size of stencil thickness. Jerry

I've never heard of wiping the first two prints. We wipe when the paste is not printed well and only then. You may want to place a thin mylar over the board and print.

James, Never heard of this before. Purchase the cheapest transparency film you can find from your local office supply shop. Tape tightly to your board and print.

Yeah this isn't too bad, but running hoses thru a vacuum assisted board support makes set-up difficult.

Hmmm... that might work on some AOI machines but I believe the vision inspection is usually performed before the part is placed on the board, at least thats the way my machines work!! Website was much more attractive than moonman's though!!
