Exposed copper on the edges of boards is what I'm refering to. could be a potential shorting issue in your housings. Just depends on the application. We have cut into ours and use humiseal to dress them off. Rich

Hi, We used Abzol for cleaning the smt assembled boards; now this solvent is not available any more in Europe. Does anyone knows a replacement for this solvent ?

Try switching to a different board and see if the error goes away. If it does, it has something to do with one of the loader sensors not being made.

What kind of voids? There are voids from out gassing (moisture) and voids from contamination and or poor solder ability ? If it is on one component I would look at the part. Also if it a big Varistor make sure the board is preheated properly.

Look at your fluxer as well (spray or foam?). You may not be getting ample flux over certain areas of the board. This can cause voids.

I check the board options tab under the "General" menu and it is set to "no good". There is a "System Settings" that I can go into, but the button that says "Settings" is greyed out. The list shows that the marker is "installed". Neither the pen move
