The camera is probably clipping the top of your board when it is reading fids. This causes the motor to lose steps. Manually load a board to vision height and drive the camera over the board to check for clearance issues.

Make sure you put fiducials on each board in your design. It's very frustrating to get a simple SMT only board with no fiducials and I need to use inconsistent board features to program the pick and place.

Just because a certain profile works good for a board with a BGA does not mean it is automatically the correct profile to use for a different board that contains an LGA. Have you run a separate profile check with the board containing the LGA?
