Or do as we do and use Sharpie pens and document clock numbers right on to the board/panel. But as for the stamps I have used them at a previous place and they seemed to work good but only thing is I can't seem to remember where they got them from.

We have used small hi temp labes, that are placed on our panels, boards before reflow. Each operator has a roll of labels with an assigned number. 4 operators, label 1, 2, 3 and 4. It worked well for us.

Because our boards are heavily heatsinked with dow 340 which never hardens and I am afraid I will not only wash off the flux but the heatsink compound as well.

I would call it conservative, but definitely recommended. It sort of depends on your assembly design. We have run 140 boards lead free but are now using the 170. Russ

Randy, We have a Dek 265GSX and 265 MK1. We print 20thou pitch components, 0.5mm. Just make sure you have good board support and USC. aj
