I have virtualy no experience with placing bottom side components. We have a new board coming that will have a few R's & C's bottom side. Can anyone give oppinion on dispensing glue dots vs. applying adheasive with a stencil ? thanks

I am printing on DEKs and using simulara paramateres as for a solder it works really fine. In general going faster gives you more paste/glue. Less pressure gives you more paste/glue again. All the rest depends on your current board. Regards, Emil

We currently use Epibond 7275 and it cures way too quickly to allow the component to settle down on the board. Have you used the Loctite 3609 in the application i'm speaking of with success?

Had the same problem with boards from China. Try using Scotch Brite medium duty pad. It worked for us.
