BTU Pyramax software password

wondering if anyone knows how to retrieve the administrator password for a BTU Pyramax oven? is there a file where it is stored or a way to reset it. i do know the standard - Administrator / BMO*

Has anyone got any of these ovens or know of any issues with these? We are on the market for a 10 or 12 zone oven and the BTU above is looking like the favourite Any info would be great

Problem was bad FCU board; replaced with FCU from another machine and swapped rom chips. Oven operates properly and communicates with PC. BTU was kind enough to supply the default usernames and passwords for wincon but they did not work. Still waiti
