You should look at the Asymtek Conformal Coating machines. The C-740 is easy to program, high throughput and proven repeatability. Used at top electronics and automotive manufacturing sites throughout Europe, Asia-pacific, and the Americas.

We spray with an Asymtek C-740 system. However, some very small PCBs we do by hand and we also touch up after a PCB has to be repaired.

We have a C-740. I agree with the second pass statement. Be careful how much you overlap. Also make sure the board is very clean before you coat or its worthless. You will be able to get very accurate results without masking. Let me know if you need

We have used an Asymtek C-740 for about three years now and its never had an issue even once. We spray Humiseal acrylic so I cant help you too much with the silicone but the machine itself is great. Opt in for the little process control extras lik
