hi pavel, If you are getting vibrate during fast mode, encoder or motor cable might be faulty. yes i faced the same problem in Juki KE2010 m/c. Try by replacing encoder & motor cable from Motor to driver unit. All the best

Hi , Please check encoder cable condition of T-motor. Some times works & some time not , sure cable must have some bad contact.

Can anyone recommend inexpensive testers for custom cable assemblies? I found a few from Adola, YPU, Cirrus, and Banair on Google. Your help is appreciated... George

Probably the ribbon cable are broken. I had same issue some time ago. Cable connected to camera and placed under cover. Spare part code is 1007867.

Nice picture. What's that snot on the solder in the bottom left of the picture? I'd guess that this ribbon cable wants to be hot bar soldered.
