Yeah saki is very good,is not a moving camera,is a scaner that scan the all board in few seconds. the programation is not the more easy,but the software and algorithm is very complete.

Depending how complex & large the boards are your running you could look at keyance camera systems & just add them to a conveyor

In my experience, the best way to do a lifted lead inspection on a QFP is by laser height measurement. It is very difficult to consistently catch a lifted lead with only a top down camera. As you say, too many false calls, and still some escapes.
