You might search the forum for the author's name before you go calling him a putz. In this case you'll find the source of (#1) a wealth of informative responses, and (#2) a sense of humor.

I'm getting a poor glue application in the smt process I have a Gemini machine and I need an efficient method to analyse the consistence and inspect the process by the operator.

On the Gemini we had setup a starting an ending dots and had the camera verify them. I don't know if that is what you are looking for but hopefully that helps in some way.

Right now it's Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies. We bought about 15 boxes. They freeze well.

Karen On your missing components issue: search the fine SMTnet Archives. Missing glued components is a fairly common complaint.

Do you allow them to thaw to roo temp. before use?

No. Most just wolf them down frozen. They're quite good that way. Homemade chocolate chip are very good frozen also.

Try cake decoration websites. They have nice wooden handled, aluminum, rounded 4-5" blades.
