Jet printing can reach 80um, whereas contact dispensing is 0.3mm I believe. 0402 pads are 0.6x0.5mm.

Guys, it is a wash process assembly, so everything on the BOM can go to wash. The question is more around number of cycles limitation/rule.

All you need is a calendar setup of any kind to remind you. You can also use it to acknowledge the maintenance happened for audit purposes. All the detail should be with the maintenance manuals.
