DEK248 squeegee speed can't be controlled. It always moves with max speeed or something close to that, regardless of the current settings. Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Most probable is encoder feedback failure... check encoder connections.

We had the same problem and it was caused by faulty encoder, which we had to replace. - Dejan

Looks like it was the diode inside the encoder. Are getting a new printer instead. Did a short time fix, connected a power supply to the motor and controlled the speed that way.

@Evtimov I can't use flux as the components being soldered can't cope with any contamination whatsoever. Even an ultra low solids no-clean flux will be too much. I also can't clean the boards after soldering due to any residual contamination from the
