Wavesoldering Preheat

We have very good results with a mixture. Lower 1st and 2nd preheat is convection, 3rd lower is calrod. No upper 1st and 2nd, 3rd upper is IR. With this combination I have found no challenge that could not be turned into a good profile.

Don't forget the monitor's. There are only two ways to get out of this problem, if the monitor get's magnetizised: 1. Replace the monitor. 2. Turn in the monitor to a Tv-repairman that can do a de-magnetizing of the monitor.

Some questions: Is the peelable/spot masking only being applied to the earthing points on the one side or to both sides? Is the peelable mask you are using specifically designed for coating masking or is it the same as that you use for masking sold

Has anyone completed time studies on Mydata's Agilis feeder system? Is the time to load / unload reels any faster than traditional feeders? Any comments regarding the Agilis feeders would be greatly appreciated.
