Absolutely! The Solder paste needs to be brought to room temperature or close before opening. It like bringing a cold glass from the refrigerator when the humidity is high,water will condensate on the glass. It also will condensate on the solder and

I agree with Ka. I can't think of a solder paste supplier that doesn't tell you to let your paste come to room temperature before putting the paste on the stencil.

You might want to look at a hand held ultrasonic stencil cleaner such as this one from Gen3 http://www.gen3systems.com/viewprod-GENSONIC.php *note i do not work for gen3 but they are a rep for other products my company produces

Contact Sipad Systems and see if your board is a match for their process. They use a flux that stays tacky for weeks. We have used them in the past for exactly this reason and everything worked out well.
