We bought a "very used" Omniflow 10 at least ten years ago. We have only replaced maybe 5 blowers in that time.

Seems really excessive. I am not familiar with that particular oven, but I would check to see that the fans are not seeing excess heat during use. Is there any ducting around the fans that might have leaky joints? Is there insulation around the fan

Hi Hege, there is insulation, which when you look at looks pretty stable.I suspect that there is more heat transfer through the shaft from the propeller to the motor. However when I touch the motor it is not really hot, so I am confused what really

Hi smter, that sounds interesting. I can even buy a wrench with a set torque if it will help. What wrench are you using?

Yeah, it comes on for a couple of seconds, then trips. When it comes on, before it trips, i can look into where the axis drives are, and the z-axis has a red and green led lit, while the others only have a green one. Then it trips. Maybe that drive

Put up an e-mail address and i can send you a paper on setting up the current level to see if the board is working properly. The z-axis and theta-axis are swappable.....you just need to change the dip switch settings.

We are having a problem with our Mydata TP9-2U where the machine shuts down during a job with this message seen on the service monitor -- F-MOT1-26/156:MOVFI: MOTOR TIMEOUT Has anybody seen this problem?
Electronics Forum | Tue May 07 13:41:36 EDT 2013 | cyber_wolf
MOVFI is a theta error there are about 10 things that can cause it. Start with making sure you do not have an acceleration set to lowest while the others are at high or highest in the package data. Next look at ribbon cables...

The "lowest" acceleration is probably causing your problem. Switch it to the next fastest setting and see what happens
