Hello all, I used DEK Nano-Protek and lately I hear about Aculon Nanoclear to be doing exactly the same thing(but with better yields). Did anybody used them both? Can you share your impressions. Anything about Aculon Nanoclear at all?

Can anyone recommend a good reasonably priced microscope for looking at cross sections? The ones I'm finding with the magnification we're looking for all seem to be for glass slides.

Try Scienscope. Lot of different configurations, many suitable for what you are doing. No relation or benefits from Scienscope. 'hege

Define reasonable priced.... We have a Buehler Viewmet that goes up to 500x and has a nice software package for doing reports. You are looking at minimum 10-15K for anything decent.

Check out the set up of Depanelizer. Try to cut at slower speed & check the blades to make sure it is not time to resharp the blades. If all this parameters OK I would sustect lamination process of board house.

Maybe the V-Score is not deep enough? I am used to seeing more like a 30% remaining web, you are closer to 50% 'hege

Can you cut v-scores deeper to resolve the issue then build carriers to support the panel? I would say that we usually build carriers for anything that thin regarless of the depanel method.
