Seriously, OSP?, change the board finish, you are the OEM, correct? You have the power! Also, as another poster mentioned, high force applied at ICT ( possibily to cut through the OSP goop ?!? ) could be warping the board enough to crack the joints.

I thought the same thing but he did mention density. I threw out the color thing immediately - which is normal. But to NOTICE a density proble with set programs seem aby-normal. Unless one our maintenance guys got a hold of your machine for a PM.

We have five 1997 DEK 265LTs, and we have never had to have the stencil house blacken any fiducials. The fiducials are etched about halfway through the stencil. You can adjust the lighting in each individual program, not just a global lighting change

We are using lead paste on both sides, the only reason we need to change the profile is because the BGA is lead free. I decided to run the BGA side first, then the connector side. This way I am not running both sides through on a hotter profile.
