We are using VP on all of our lead free assemblies. 1. We are getting great, very repeatable results. 2. The profiles were created during the implementation of the equipment and we only change 3 parameters for each assembly processed. Heater power,

Hi CK, Sorry but I have to correct you and I do understand it is Monday today. A. If you decrease the conveyer speed you increase the contact time with the wave. B. If you would know why a 180 Deg orientation change makes such a dramatic difference

Hi all, What seems like a simple task is starting to bug me! I am trying to run trials for 0402 placement on my Fuji CP43 machine - at this moment and time I am struggling to remember how to change the nozzle config. from Flexa. If some kind soul

I happen to agree with Vlad and I'm not in the same business as him. Randomly turning knobs isn't the way to solve a problem. Do a proper analysis and let the parts tell you what's happening. Seems like a lot of problems people post on this forum
