Double check your supports. When run in auto this occurs a lot quicker than step mode. Just a thought.

Also check your belts/tensions/pulleys and motors on the camera axis. If you are getting any slippage then the camera will not be in the position the encoder says it is. It may still read the fids but will produce an offset.

Check for lead finisching Lead Free finiscing like (e4), in case of AgPd plating you may have similar soldering problems Regards

Paraffin wax. Before you laugh, check it out. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paraffin_wax#Wax Only draw back is you have to melt it, but works well on electronics.
