The OCD in me suggests you chase down Windows Time/Date configuration ,also when you power up the machine check the time/date in the BIOS I presume these machines are windows based just looking in the Assembleon website. sarason

sounds like bad electrolytic capacitor, check if your drivers have any swollen capacitors or otherwise damaged caps

first of all, you need check the strain caused by interference during connector insertion. If must done by SMT, then a claw would be better than nozzle.

If you want to check if solder mask on tented via, better to do cross section to have a clear view. Sometime supplier will not tell you the truth once you ask question for potential quality issue.

Check out Cogiscan or Bartector. Im sure there are others but these are the two I've heard of. They make solutions for what you are trying to do.
