Best is 7 or 6.5D if you cant achieve 7. In fact this is the best angle for Leaded and Lead Free, so watch the Chinese machines as they come in around 5 and cause loads of bridging problems

we should assemble 24000 of this board so we should find another solution and we get three sample of this part and all of them has this problem , and now we dont have time to wait for new part to come.

We use campton tape also but we use a ultasonic stencil cleaner and the tape will come off everytime its washed good luck

I have virtualy no experience with placing bottom side components. We have a new board coming that will have a few R's & C's bottom side. Can anyone give oppinion on dispensing glue dots vs. applying adheasive with a stencil ? thanks
